Raluca a coordonat proiecte în arii diverse de resurse umane în România și în Europa de Est: de la employer branding, dezvoltare și cultură organizațională pânî la implementare de sisteme informatice de HR și automatizare. Raluca este Associate CIPD trainer și executive coach.
